Several glitches make my game unplayable.

Platform: MacBook Air

Mods: Yes, but tried with and without

Packs: Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Blooming kit, Book nook kit, Paranormal stuff pack, Holiday Celebration

Problem: Here's all of them, lol:

Every time I try to go to manage worlds, the game gets stuck on the loading screen. The only way to do anything is force shutting off my computer and restarting it, because it won't let me exit the game or do anything else except watching it load.

I can't switch between sims. It won't react when I try pressing their icons.

The game is not frozen, but nothing happens. They stand completely still, won't react to anything. It is as if they are paused, but they still move in place and the things around them move as well.

The clock is broken. The time is standing still, and when I try speeding up the timer jumps a few minutes forward, only to get stuck there. When I slow it back down the time turns back, still frozen.

As you can imagine, this has made the game completely unplayable. I've tried repairing, deleted mods, restarted the game probably a 1000 times. The problem first started in august, but I figured it must have been some mods not being updated to the new update. So I removed mods and gave it some time, but no, still nothing. I'm getting a bit desperate lol. All help is appreciated.
