Short dress from SDX Drop 01 / 2025 conflicts with various high heeled shoes

First off, no CC (I do have mods but none that affect CAS).

When selecting any of the below listed shoes alongside the new short party dress from the recent SDX drop, some distortion (sometimes a line, sometimes a blob) appear across the skirt section of the dress.
