Shower in the Rain Decreases Hygiene Need

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All as of 07/19/2020
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with moderate hygiene and tell them to shower in the rain.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will go outside, get naked, appear to be showering, and their hygiene need will go down to nothing.
What do you expect to see? I expect the same animations, but for their hygiene need to fill.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last patch (1.64.84.1020) or the one that came out the day that Eco Lifestyle came out. It worked fine before, but I haven't tried it between the two.
If it matters, I was using the feature on The Waterfront lot in Evergreen Harbor's Port Promise.
- @MisplacedMel that's not a bug. If they shower in the rain in Port Promise while the eco footprint is polluted and industrial, the rain will be polluted too and that's why the hygiene goes down. It's intentional.
