Shower in underwear

Hello some time ago I have a problem with the game my sims take a shower in underwear when I open a new save the underwear disappears but when I re-enter the game it reappears, I thought it was because of **bleep** and the uncensored mod but I see that I am not the only one with this error, I tried to fix everything but nothing works
