Sim turns into just a mouth after changing infant??

One of my sims has turned into a floating mouth after changing an infant on the changing table. Has anyone else experienced this yet? I'm guessing the update has created some new bugs, I have no idea how to fix this. Exited the game a reloaded but the problem remains. Resetting object doesn't work either.
