DreamyStarbi That is weird. I assume you tried these things but just to be sure, have you tried moving the desk, etc. elsewhere in the room. Or have a different sim try to write. Or move the sim to another lot and try. Or try another household. Or another new save.

It seems like it is only her having the bug. I tested her husband too, and he could write and begin writing again too. Yet, even if I moved her desk outside to the front lawn she couldn't use it. I'll just restart I think, thankfully I wasn't too far into my challenge :)
