Sim Won't Sit to Write, But Will For Everything Else

Hello!

I was playing on a new save when I tried to make my sim write, yet she refuses to and glitches out. However, when I try to make her do anything else on the computer, she's just fine. I would have bug reported this instead, yet it only happened on this save. I tried it on my 100 baby challenge and my sim could write just fine. Any help would be appreciated! I use a Macbook, with no mods and no downloadable content besides the free holiday pack. I would add a video of it occurring, yet I can't. But, I can at least tell you that she at least tries to sit in the chair before the animation just cancels and she can't sit. She was able to do it just fine yesterday evening before I went to bed.

    I didn't use MOO on anything in that room, nor did I have anything on the desk besides the computer. I also did try to have her sit in the chair first, yet it still booted her out the second I clicked play again after queuing her up. And just to make sure, I even tried to use a different desk, computer, and chair. Yet, it didn't work for some odd reason.

    DreamyStarbi​  Try removing everything but the computer from the desk and see if the sim will write by clicking on the computer.  I have found that, even though items will place on the desk with MOO off, some objects will block using the computer.  It gets even worse with MOO on.  In this instance, the sim will not give you a route block bubble so diagnosing the problem can be difficult.

    Another thing you can try is to have the sim sit in the chair first, then queue the write option.  This is also a sign that you have a route block from too many items on the desk.  But you can get sims to write this way.  You just have to remember to make the sim sit first rather than clicking directly on the computer.
