Sims - Get Famous pack purchased but no available to download
Just bought this pack and transaction went smoothly. It's not downloading or available to download. It just says it's unlocked.

My new Get Famous expansion pack isn't downloading. I pre-ordered November 1st and I opened my computer and it isn't automatically downloading like it usually does. My timezone is mountain time US and it is currently 10:35 am. Is anyone else having this issue?
the EP is releasing at Midnight your time. You will need to wait some more.
Origin says it releases November 15th but everywhere I look says the 16th. Looks like we have to wait.

Hi, I put in my product code for the Get Famous expansion pack, and it shows that I own it, but wont give me the option to install, it just says "Read More" "Unlocked" and "Details", if someone could give me a solution that would be great.
