Sims - Get Famous pack purchased but no available to download
Just bought this pack and transaction went smoothly. It's not downloading or available to download. It just says it's unlocked.

i have the exact same problem, pre-ordered on 10/9/18 and its been released 14 hours ago in my area, Origin and in-game says i own this pack.. but i cant access/download it.. the download always fail.. i havent found any fix for it anywhere.. i completely removed and re-installed both Origin and TS4.. and i found no help on their support pages.. starting to think ME:Andromeda wasnt EA's only flaw seems their customer support is down the gutter too

Sorry for the wait, are you still having issues to download your game? I know it can be frustrating, specially when you pre-ordered it!
If you are still unable to download it, I would recommend taking a look to this thread, as there's a couple suggestions you can find there. That should help, but in case it doesn't, please, join that thread or open your own, and let us know any details you can about what you are seeing. For example, are you getting any error messages?

nothing worked, though i pre-ordered on OCt 9th.. on Nov 18th it was still no go.. so, in the end, i cancelled the pre-order. and bought it again.. now im waiting to see my credit bill, to see if EA charged twice.
