Sims 4 apartment keeps getting Robbed!

So I got the expensive apartment in the city and im on top with my bills but I keep getting robbed by someone everyone every once in awhile and its annoying as I cant call emergency services so I don't know what to do and I think my butler is stealing things but not to sure as I have a couple of sims I think might be robbing the place
gameplay issue

    There are no robbers as such but if one of your Sims has the Kleptomaniac trait they will occasionally take something.

    enter testingcheats on and cas.fulleditmode - cheats, then you can shift-click your visitors to change then in cas. lika that you can make sure they're not kleptomaniacs, and also change the traits if they are. 🙂
