I claimed the sims 4 when it was free and now wanted to download it but the only languages available are Czech, Polish and Russian. I have nothing against these languages but I don't know any of them. I installed the game anyway in Czech and then checked if there is a language change option but there wasn't. Is there any way to change it to English so I can play.
@SharkVader66 The version of Sims 4 you received is language-locked, meaning you only have access to Polish, Czech, and Russian, no matter what you do. If you were in a region covered by the language lock at the time you added the game to your library, that would explain why you received that version and not the global one.
Unfortunately, there's probably nothing you can do about this. Even if you're willing to buy the game again, you'd still probably need to contact EA customer support to get the current version removed from your account.
