@MoonieChild , the Death by Mold (and mold problems in general) will only be possible if you have that lot challenge enacted. You can switch this on or off in the Build Buy Mode in the top left corner with the other lot info, such as lot traits and other lot challenges are located! 😊
From watching Sims Livestream on Twitch the other day, as well as some of the Creator's Network players on YouTube, it looks like nobody will be breaking into your home, but instead only the Sim you are controlling can break into other Sims' homes! So you are totally in control, from what I understand! 🥳
