Sims 4 greyed out at work but sim at home
Sims is at home but greyed our showing at work
nothing works to fix. Reset, loading back in, leave work early button doesn’t work

Try to travel to another lot and back. Or load in CAS.
- @favforeign Do you have Get to Work? Is it possible the sim is "working from home"? Otherwise, what seems to work is (rather than restarting) travelling to another lot with that sim (like the park, visiting another sim, or going on vacation). You might need another member of the household to "travel with" that sim if you are unable to have that sim do actions on their own.
Quitting their job worked for me, and he was able to re-join it at the same level.
