Sims 4 keeps crashing everytime i exit the cas

The game runs fine for hours and there is no issue, UNTIL i exit the cas. Then it immediately closes or crashes. I removed all mods and cc and played vanilla, issue is still there. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem continues.
