@lilyybranch Could you please remove all your mods/cc again and then check the game if you have new exceptions.

i removed all of my mods but like i said i didnt get new exceptions. is that becasue i force quit? ALL of my mods are gone i dont have anything and it still doesnt work

Does it work on a new save (for testing purposes) ? Do you have endless loading on all families ?i tried this like i said. i deleted all of my saves and tried a new one but i still have this problem. i am usally pretty good at fixing these things and serching for answers but i have no idea why i have this problem ☹️

What I mean is, now that you are on vanilla, did you test a new save as well ? Endless loading has so many causes it's hard to tell what it could be in your case.
If it's every single save, there could still be something active.
have you renamed your user folder yet ?
