Sims 4 Lovestruck world + app doesn't load.

Hello everybody,

I recently bought the new sims 4 expantion pack, Lovestruck. The clothing and build/buy works perfectly but when i want to open the newq world i get a white loading screen and if I want to open the new Cupids Corner app, my sim wil pick up their phone but the app doesn't open for me, it's the same when I try to open the app through the computer.

I do not own any mods or CC. I've repaired the sims 4 and i deleted the localthumbcache.package

Does someone maybe have tips to make this bug stop?

    @LisaSophie59 Try dragging your Sims 4 folder out of documents to your desktop and then start the game to create a fresh folder (your saves and library will be gone, but you can move those back in later if this works). Start a new save and test if you still have this issue.
