sims 4 lovestruck

I did bought this addon today, I can see it in EA app but I cannot see it in game. Any tip? Tried to repair tried to restart the game. Not working

Hi @zosia7713 ,did you purchase the pack on EA app or somewhere else? If you purchase the pack on another website, did you make sure you purchased a code for the full game and not for the extra items that come with it?
