I'm currently not using any mods or and cheats.
@calyturn1 When you say you can’t dispose of them, you mean you can’t drag them to a trash can? What about just dragging them out of inventory then telling your sim to clean them up?
For future harvests - remember to put the oversized crops in the fridge. Or use the canning option on a stove to preserve them.
