@Thefoodunicorn Hello again! You make some valid points. Just to verify @SheriGR 's note about ping pong, though, there is an actual ping pong table added with DU; paddles and all. :-)
Oh well they must have both and I think it adds soccer as well. Maybe I’ll look into purchasing discover University
out of curiosity does DU add vending machines?
@Thefoodunicorn As far as I know Discover University does not have vending machines. There is a type of vending machine in Get to Work, a cat/dog treats/medicine vending machine for at a vet clinic in Cats & Dogs, and Snowy Escape has a few vending machines.

@Thefoodunicorn Yes, DU added soccer as well BUT it's sort of a rabbit hole event. You don't actually get to see the games. Although, there are some cute "play soccer" interactions where sims will kick a ball around. Also can confirm no vending machines but there are some kiosks where your sims can buy dorm decorations, course materials, Uni swag etc.
