Sims 4 still has frame rate issues on the Xbox One.

Hello to all.

   In the last few months, (today is 2/10/2022) I've started to play the Sims 4 on my Xbox One X. I've seen major frame rate issues. Sims go from perfectly fine to perfectly dead. They go instantly from one emotion to another emotion. Example? I had a household member, get pregnant on a Friday, give birth on a Monday, and die at a birthday party for a younger sister, on Tuesday. At the party? There were massive frame rate issues, when I told a sim to do something, the game wouldn't register anything. I tried to plead with the grim reaper, it told me to wait until the reaping began, I waited a few seconds, until the reaper got closer, tried again, and the sim was reaped before I could try. Making the option, useless. There is no progression from ok to I need to act. I'm not controlling the sims; the game is doing the controlling. Another example? I've had two sims, from 2 different households, with a maxed-out rocket science ability, and they are not allowed to interact with a buildable rocket. Another example? I have a current sim in the science career, they have a level 10 rocket science ability, and I can't interact with buildable rocket, even though the game is telling me to work on a rocket for ten minutes. The invention machine doesn't move around, like it did when I first purchased the Get to Work content. I can invent things, but everything is broken in this game. Another example? While gardening? Everything revert to a state of the beginning, of starting to grow, as if I just planted it. The bee boxes? The bees are agitated, I check the boxes, and there is no option to fix it. And these are just a few of the billions of issues that I have seen. I could fill an encyclopedia with the things that I have seen. The Sims 4? Is one big broken mess!!

I have tried everything, I have researched everything, and there are no answers. I did the port forwarding, that Xbox recommends. I have cleared the persistent memory, in the blue ray. I have uninstalled the game and content, and my Xbox account, and reinstalled everything. I have erased my saved games and started a new game. I have hard started the Xbox and Router. So on and so forth. This game is so broken? That it is impossible to enjoy.

Are you ever going to fix this nightmare? Because I really like the game, and I have purchased a lot of the downloadable content, and I can't use it. It is more frustrating than enjoyable. You only seem to be releasing the new and improved, broken content, and not addressing the broken issues. Because I've seen other post making you aware of everything that I'm posting now. And one to two years later? I'm still dealing with the same problems, and it's only getting more unstable.

 I'm not a programmer by any means. I could be right; I could be wrong. But I have seen so much conflicting programming in your game, which leads me to believe that the Xbox has to work twice hard to make sense of the programming. Example? If I am placing kitchen cabinets? I only need to click on the cabinet, with the A button, and I can place a million of them, with the A Button. But if I'm placing posts on a fence, I need to use the Y button. And that doesn't work, because when I press the Y button, it selects the fence, and doesn't place the extra post. When gardening an Apple tree or something else in the garden? The options are constantly changing position. Why? It shouldn't matter, what plant I'm gardening. It should be a simple and uniformed system of gardening. As well as the build mode. If I can place a million kitchen cabinets with the A button, then I should be able to place a million posts with the A button. Another thing? If I rotate an object in the build mode with the RB and LB buttons, with one object, it should the same with every object. But it's not. One object? I need to use the RB and LB buttons, and with another object, I need to use the Y button, and at different times of placing things. Simple and uniformed, has always been the best method of doing, anything. There is a method of thought in the world. It is called the K.I.S.S. method. It stands for? Keep. It. Simple. Stupid. But your programming is anything, but that. Please fix this nightmare of a game??? I really, would love to enjoy it, for once!!!!!
