Sims 4: Werewolves pack value panel blank

I've had Sims 4 installed for a while now but just started buying packs.

In October I got a bundle including Werewolves and since installing it I haven't been able to see anything in the Werewolf value panel.

My Sim is a part of the Moonwood Collective and has received pack warnings, yet I didn't realise she'd been accepted to a pack and I can't see which values are being triggered.

All that appears in the panel is: "*Sim's name* is not currently in a Werewolf Pack" with the two packs listed underneath.

I only became aware that this was a bug while googling something else about Werewolves, and now realise how much it has affected the gameplay.

I have no mods and haven't ever had any installed, so I'm unsure what the issue could be here. 

Everything that I've seen on EA answers says this issue was resolved with a patch update in early 2023.

This doesn't seem to be the case as I bought the pack only two months ago and it's now almost 2025, and still happening.

It's been marked as resolved, which is incredibly frustrating as I can't see an answer or any suggestions/advice on what to do.

I'm feeling a bit like I wasted the money for Werewolves if in order to play as intended, I have to google parts of what should have been included in base gameplay for this pack.

Does anyone have a possible fix please?

    Hi, just FYI. I was able to 'fix' this by cheating my werewolf out of the collective (traits.remove_trait trait_WerewolfPack_FriendA for the Moonwood Collective) then playing as the leader of the Collective and having him invite my sim to join the Collective. After that, the Collective appeared in the Werewolf Pack panel for my Sim. In the future I guess I'll have the leaders invite my Sim, at least until this is really fixed.

    I have the same issue, I had one sim as pack leader for a long time but now it just keep saying to me that I not belongs to any pack, I tried to remove and add werewolf pack trait back to traits but it didnt resolve the issue.

    I'm sorry to hear your problems about the werewolf pack, it is one of my favorite. Recently I have had trouble with the Growing Together pack with the trouble of milestones not getting achieved but have been in a loop. I haven't had any trouble with the werewolf pack but trying to clear the trouble with the Growing together pack on my pc, I have uninstalled the game, reinstalled, repair game and clear cache. So far it's working. Also I have heard other simmers have issues around when updates come. I always wait around about a week after an update to check here if any issues. I also don't use mods. I hope any of these ideas help you out and hope you can continue to play especially the werewolf pack.
