Hello everyone, right now I'm having a big problem with the sims 4... all the rest of my game seems to work fine, except for one part of some of my saves: I can enter build/buy mode and create/modify a sim just fine but when I want to load the household to play them, it sits on the loading screen with the spinning green gem and the tips coming across the screen.
Some additional information:
-It doesn't matter how long it sits, it won't load.
-I have already checked my mods and it still does it without any mods at all. (I moved the mods folder to the desktop and deleted the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder)
- I have restarted my computer
- I have repaired the game.
- I have tested a new game. (It doesn't happen there, just for this one)
- I have checked for updates.
- I have to force the screen through task manager to get it to close.
- I have cleared cache, cookies, history, etc, and checked for fragments or corrupt files.
- I have ensured all my drivers and computer are up to date and have the required specs.
- I have NOT reinstalled.
I don't know what to do anymore, I tried everything I could and nothing worked. Is there something I've missed or haven't already tried yet?
@chiara_sapphire I tried to load one of the premade lots in Willow Creek. That loaded after about 10-15 min. After that all of them loaded pretty fast.
I deleted all the ones I had yesterday but nothing changed in the game. Right now a new one appeared, I'll attach it in another answer if I can since it doesn't let me do it in this one.
I get this message every time I try to attach the file:
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
The attachment's lastexception_63868252883.txt content type (text/plain) does not match its file extension and has been removed.

I tried this already and the new save files seem to work fine but the thing is that even without doing all of that if I make a new save file in my current game (with all my old saves and mods still there) I don't have this problem, only the old ones don't load properly.
@chiara_sapphire Do you get an LE without mods/cc ? The error is something about a photo frame. Can you check if you have one of them on your lot in build mode and delete if you do ?
I removed the photo frame CC from my mods files, I entered the game, and started my save file. I went into build mode just in case, 2 objects were removed and everything else seemed fine so I went back and clicked my household but unfortunately the problem is still there...I keep getting stuck in the loading screen. I also tried to move my mods folder to my desktop again to see if something might change and started the game again to see if any LE would appear in my folder but I didn't find any.
@chiara_sapphire could you move your family out of the lot and see if they load in another one and also try another family on that lot. This is to see if the lot is the issue or the family.
I tried to move the household into another lot but it still does the same thing, I also tried to load another family I had in the same savefile that is located in a different scenery but I still have the same issue with them. I have the same problem in other save files as well but when I started a new one yesterday it seemed to work fine.
