Sims black/white stripes

Whatever updates you've done has totally screwed up my game!!!! I now have sims in my saved games showing up with black stripes across their bodies and skin. These are sims I used before just fine without these stripes!!!! I've also deleted my present game and started all over. This didn't fix the problem. I have deleted these sims and re downloaded them Didn't fix the problem!!!! How do I fix it!!!!
