Sims don’t enter venue during events

I have a singer sim, so I have placed a few concert venues around the world. Now that she is a high level celebrity, I naturally made a bigger fancier looking stage. However, whenever my singer is having a concert at a 64x64 lot, the audience spawns but stays in the spawn outside on the sidewalk. I have to have my sim go to the sidewalk and do the concert out front a lot of the time to get a gold rating. My smaller venues do not have this issue. I have tried two different 64x64 lots and they both had this issue. A few of them would come in after some time, but now they all stay on the sidewalk. Other 64x64 lots don’t have this issue, like parks. I save the concert lots as parks as well. Does anyone have a solution?

    @LittletaIks I would be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue. 

    • Can I ask what the lot traits are and what lot type you set them as?
    • Are these traits and lot types different than the other ones you used successfully for having the other sims enter?
    • You refer to other 64x64 lots without this issue. Did you try saving your lot to those and testing them to see if they work with your lot placed there?
    • Can you try saving one of your lot set-ups that worked on a smaller lot and place it on the 64x64 lots that you're having an issue with to see if it works the same there.
    • Can you share which 64x64 lots you are not having issues with plus the name of the 64x64 lots that you are having issues with?
    • Could you share your 64x64 build/lot to the gallery for testing on these lots? Just share the name of the lot and whether your name is the same in the gallery so we can find it there.
