Sims ignoring attraction and woohoo prefernces.

What happens when the bug occurs? My household sim that is not being played with will flirt or get flirted with, have a half full romance bar with them and try to run off and woohoo them. They ignore that they are in a relationship, if the other sim is in one, they ignore attraction preferences and will literally woohoo anyone.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim not run off and try to woohoo one of his girlfriends parents and friends.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I am not sure if I need to turn off autonomy but it is so over the top. My sim invited a friend over, she autonomously asked my sim her preference, she said she is interested in woohoo with men, despite that she tried to go woohoo her best friend in the shower. My sims boyfriend had some minor flirtation with my sims mother and the romance bar filled halfway. They then tried to go woohoo. Just now my sims dad came for a visit and the boyfriend tried to woohoo him even though both of them are only interested in women. What is going on?
