Sims Moodlets Rapid Decline

Since updating my sims to the most recent patch, whilst I'm playing my sims moods are declining so fast - even when after getting them back up. Just wondering if anyone has the same issues or how to fix this?

are you using mods/cc ? What platform are you on ?

Im on PC, no mods or cc.

Is it any moodlets just disappearing or is the timer to fast on some of them ?
