Every sim in world excluding my household is wearing bags on head, if I go to create a sim for other households, bag is goneWhat do you expect to see? @rcoop1996  This is due to an NAP called Wear paper bags or somethingIs that active in your neighborhood ? If so, just repeal it.

Thanks for help, tried to repeal. Also went to games options on my PS4 and disabled in game pack options, all to no avail,
