Sims not showing up at home/Stuck in self care mode

I cant see my sims when i go into the lot, i cant click on them(not even shift click), teleport them either. Theyre stuck in 'self care mode' I tried to reset them but it keeps saying 'sim not found'...

If you use mods, try removing all of them and see if that helps. If the issue remains, try repairing the game and see if that helps.
