Notice after last update today that my sim all of sudden got a whole new appearence randomly when I was playing her. I do play on pc and do not use any mods at all on my game and it happened randomly...
I also created a sim just now and when I entered the actual game her face changed. The mouth + nose was most noticeable but basically that was NOT the sim I just created.
