Sims taking 10 real life minutes to give birth

Hi, i’m wondering if anyone can help with my issue, it started yesterday when any sim in my save file gives birth my whole game kind of freezes, i can move around but my sims don’t move, time stops and i can not click on anything. I’ve tried to repair my game multiple times and that has not helped, I have MCCC and lumpinous RPO installed and i have deleted and reinstalled them just incase but still not helping.

does anyone have any idea what could help this??

    Update: it’s just my one save file, i trailed with another save file and she gave birth normally, it is just intact this one save file, please if anyone can help

    Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
