Sims taking 10 real life minutes to give birth

Hi, i’m wondering if anyone can help with my issue, it started yesterday when any sim in my save file gives birth my whole game kind of freezes, i can move around but my sims don’t move, time stops a...

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
