Sims won't woohoo?

As the title states, my Sims won't woohoo! This is a major problem because I am currently in the middle of a legacy save! They are fully maxed out friendship and romance, are living together, and partners. Theres nothing blocking the bed, I'm not using any cc, and they won't do it in the shower either. The save is compeltely cheats free too. All help is appreciated!
