Skintones are nonexistent

Hi,

I am going a little bit crazy here. I repaired my game twice, removed cache, removed Origin's cache, yet I still do not have the skintones section in my game. It completely vanished. I have no idea what to do. I checked for main mods and updated those. Please help! Thanks so much in advance. I just want to play my game lol :(.

    Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
    If you find that mods/cc are causing this issue, this thread explains how to test  for broken mods/cc as well as a link to the latest Broken mods/cc thread after the latest patch
