Is for some reason the game not registering a room where your stairs are as a full room? I.e full walls, floor and ceiling? I can see in the middle picture that the flat roof has a grey patch and more buildable squares? Did you make a room there then delete? But it's left something behind.
I had an random glitch in one house where I put glass roofs everywhere but then it had the snow effect inside the house? - cbarber8910 months agoSeasoned Ace
looking here, it looks like you have some curtains glitching thru the ceiling, try lowering them down, or if they don't fit the window try different ones or a different window? It might seem bizarre but I've found with building it can have some odd outcomes if the game isn't happy 🙂
I can't really tell much from your pics. I can't see the snow on the either set of stairs. They just look like a white swatch was used. But one cause that @cbarber89 mentioned is that a missing ceiling or open wall can let weather into a build. So, I suggest you select the room and make sure there is a ceiling and that the walls actually form a room.
If you still can't figure it out, I am willing to test the build for you. All you need to do is upload the lot to the Gallery and reply here after doing so with the lot name and your userID if different than the one you use here (0713oa).
Hope this helps.
