[Solved] Incorrect Gallery Info

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Life and Death, My First Pet Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly, have no clue - upload an item using the pack?
What happens when the bug occurs? Information about the gallery upload is displayed incorrectly.
What do you expect to see? The pack appearing once under "Packs Used", no CC tag and the correct date associated with the upload.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So I recently uploaded a lot to the gallery and it was only when someone pointed it out to me that the info for the upload is incorrect/glitched - and while I do use CC, I don't include it in builds and some reason the gallery applies the CC tag to the upload despite there being no CC being included (unless packs count as CC?). (this happens with Sims too, not just lots)
Don't even know what caused it or if I can even re-produce it.

    Pre/Early order bonus items show as a second copy of the pack they are for in the gallery. This has been true since the first ones were added to the game. The family portrait is the pre-order item and so will show as a "second" Life & Death pack icon on the pack list.

    @YourFriendJessie Do you have any paintings by ref or photos ? They sometimes flag as cc.

    Are you saying you didn't use anything from the pack or is the issue that the pack is showing twice ?

    What happens if you upload it on an empty mods folder ?

    @crinrictthe pack is showing twice and it happens even with an empty mod folder, and if you look at the screenshot - the date of the upload is also wrong for some reason.
    but when i checked the upload afterwards, the date corrected itself but the pack is still showing up twice.

    edit:

    the only photo in the build is the portrait, but that shouldn't be flagged.

    @YourFriendJessie The preorder family legacy one ? Seems that's why you have two Ravenwoods icons.

    Could you try the following for the cc issue:
    - Start a fresh save game with an empty mods folder
    - Download your lot to the new save
    - Upload it again
    - Check if it still flags as cc.
