@Mostbeautiful_26 Can you upload the lot to the gallery and name it something like 'Stairs Test', then let me know here that it's up there, the exact lot name, and your user/player name in the gallery? Then I can download and test it in my game.

@Mostbeautiful_26 Okay... it turns out that if you delete the floor in the room that has the stairs and then click the walls and choose the yellow rim and choose rebuild floor, it will fix the stairs issue. Since that is so, it's probably that something was/is caught in the floor at the foot of the stairs. When you do this make sure MOO is not active so it deletes anything visible or not.
