Star Wars - How do you talk to Rey about the Resistance?

I am a Sergeant in the Resistance, have a full reputation with them, and have done more than 20 missions with them. I met Rey a few missions back. But every time I click "talk about Resistance" she just says "you have to prove yourself, go talk to more people in the Resistance." I think I have introduced myself to all of the members I have seen at the camp.

What am I missing??
