What happens when the bug occurs? it says my sim nominated for an award i go there on time but nothing happens event doesnt start

i want event work fine it worked one time and i didnt go there until my sim nominated now i am going and event doesnt start they are just chilling no pop up saying starlight accolade starting or no sim receive award
- @tmborah1976 I tested your save and while I can see the event not taking place on the first Sunday, everything appears when I play on until the next weekend.
Can you try this ?
Did you just move your Sims to Sulani ?
