Simply as stated, no mods, no nothing, and... yeah, think i saw something pop up last week but it never came back up since, and as such has left me locked out of half from last week, and as a result, I assume, is why week 3 refuses to trigger as well

I can not claim the points of befriending Grim Reaper. I clean my saves, my localthumbcashe, began ny game, my ny family befriend the GrimReaper, but nothing happens! Can't continue in the third week and can't get the points of befrieing Grim Reaper

I'm in the same boat. NOTHING I have tried from any of the suggestions work. I'm super freaking sad and stressed because i don't want to miss the rewards. #EA Helps us please you are our only hope!
Okay, so. I came across another post the other day about a girl who had the same issue and her father had her instal EA on another device. And wouldn't cha know it worked. So I tried it .... and while I hate having lost all my save games, lots and sims ... it worked. I pulled my save game file from my EA file, loaded thr game up fresh and it worked. Now, I tried to add the other saves back and it broke again. 💔 So, it may be extreme, but. It worked.
