@GIBBANATOR You could use Beinchen(Sims4me)'s townieoverhaul_lessfame mod. It has a specific alien package:
townieoverhaul_nonewaliens: Stops the game from spawning alien walkby. Sixam and Scientist gameplay remains intact.

- @Caerfinon that does stop the walkby but they still spawn as new npc's just not walking by. not what I am trying to accomplish but thanks for the advice
