Stop modifying body in CAS??

Hi all,

Is there a way to STOP modifying Sims bodies in CAS while making outfits????

Once I've prepared the body, skin details, facial features and such, I do NOT want them to change by accident because I have to mouse click head or body to pull up associated fashion categories eg. clothes or hair or whatever.

Are there keybinds I can use instead of mouse clicking to pull up categories?
