Stuck in Season selection when trying to buy a small business lot

Its gone for me after I chose another household as an active one that lives in Sulani im pretty shure you can choose any city except Nordhaven, checked that season menu doesnt show up. Then back to my family in Nordhaven and its gone. Maybe its help to you too.
