Stuck in the loading screen

Hi!

So I´m stuck on the loading screen, and it is just loading forever,r like I can not launch the game at all. I have removed all my mods, I have tried to repair the game, and I have even tried to reinstall it, and itdoeso not work at all. I can't load into my family's either, like when I click on a family to play, it just kicks me to manage worlds over and over again.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    • Delete the ones you have
    • Trigger the error again
    • Check if new ones are created
    • If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
