Style Influencer - Style Board not working on community lot

I am having this problem today. My style board is on a community lot where I am pretending to have my SIM have an active work day and it has not worked one single time to add an impression to the board The only option is view. I do assess impressions from paintings and sculptures and objects but I cannot add them.
