My notification settings(game's option setting) is already off, but I have many "xxx lessons" notification. This is not a mod-related thing, and I assume many people already know that.
So, if the notification setting is off, turn "xxx lessons" notification completely off.
Did you turn lessons off as well ?
There's tutorial and (online) notifications. You said you turned off notifications. If it's tutorials, which ones do you still get, please post a screenshot.
If you mean you sometimes get a tip in the notifications panel (like blabla is a blabla Sims/Pet and because of that .. ), I don't think those are necessarily covered by the tutorials thing.

Dang, I tend to delete notifications often because these don't close automatically. (yes those notifications will gone but it's too slow)
It's about "xxx lesson". Cat's frisky lesson, sims' loner lesson, and so on.
Especially "loner lesson"; when I switch to other played household and play a while, "LONER LESSON. xxx is a loner..." notification appear.
"yeah yeah I already know that" I always thought.
If you play a game with multiple played household, it's easy to notice.
Yeah, don't know if that's by design or not, waiting for QA on this.
It's always been that way though.
Notifications titled "Pet Fears" and "Pet Obsessions" should go away too.
If you switch a household or create a new one with pet, these appear again.
I think these should be treated as "tutorial". If the user disabled the tutorial(like me), don't show such notification at all.
I will just look up in-game help to know about it.
EA Staff (Retired)This is by design, I don't think there's a way to disable the notifications you speak of. I'd recommend posting about it in the Feedback forum. The tutorials that are supposed to be disabled when using that option are like the ones in my attached screenshot here.
