In reaper rewards event on sims 4 on console. I summoned the reaper and socialized with him for a while then my sim went to the toilet and came back he was gone. The grimaphone says summoning grim reaper is unavailable and can't be summoned again. I tried with a different family still cant find him or summon him. I even deleted the grimaphone and placed a new one still he won't appear anymore even tried new game. Now I can't get my reward so angry! Why is there bugs in the event at all if we don't complete the tasks that keep going missing as well shouldn't EA give those rewards to us anyway? If the week is finished and we didn't claim them they should let us have them anyway so we won't miss out!
@tigerrun777 Im having the same issue today and have also tried a new game, replaced the grimaphone and restarted with and without saving. I am playing with mods but even with the disabled I cannot summon him and after trying a few times it says he is unavailable to summon.
