Tanned UI Bug (Island Living)

My sims still can't tan without their faces being distorted in the UI after 6 years. This bug is still around and hasn't been fixed for many players. I have no mods in game, and there is seemly no fix to this bug or a mod to help resolved the issue. I have reported this issue several times over the years and nothing ever get fixed in the updates. How do I get EA to see this post and fix the issue?
