The astronaut career disappeared

This is happening to me!! I can’t find anything about it other than this post

I did some troubleshooting and the career is showing up for all saves, including brand new, for control purpose. The career even shows for other sims in the legacy save. The only sim it doesn’t show up for, is the sim I made that was expelled from high school. They had to get their diploma online to access some of the jobs. When he got it, the jobs with the red marks became available, but the astronaut and the scientist careers still do not show up. Those are the only 2 I noticed on the picture I took for comparison. 

Not sure if op’s sim was in the same circumstances, but that is why I think mine was missing.

Edit: I can’t believe I didn’t think to do this. I removed all my mods, went back into the save and all the careers were there. It’s a mod issue. Just the matter of which one.

No, she's currently in the Social Media career. I had her quit job, but the astronaut career still doesn’t show up once she's unemployed. It's not working for other sims either.

And you're sure she's not already in that career ?

Does it work for other Sims ?

I checked mine and they are showing up fine. Could you post a screenshot of your career list ? Astronaut should come after the active careers.
