The event tasks aren't showing up

Good morning 🌄 ☺️ 🙏🏾 or afternoon or night 🌙 ✨️  So i'm playing the Sims on my Xbox Series s and I just planned a baby shower for my Sims because she's pregnant by another man who is not her fiancé. Long story but when the baby shower started the event task for the baby shower didn't show up. And I have it set for the goals for the goals completion. Like to get the bronze with a silver.  Will the gold cause I want to get the new  bassinet that came with growing together
