I can tell you exactly what this individual is referring to because everyone and I mean everyone is having the same problem. Talking to other characters sim will eventually stand there moving arms and mouth only and this continues until you close game. Doing the quest or actions like taking care of sim the sim will freeze up and do nothing or the action lineup will not take. If you do not understand why don't the developers and individuals fixing the bugs play the games? Your game is a freaking complete unplayable mess. It's the worst I've ever seen.
